About Me

My Mother is an interior designer so I grew up amongst her fabric samples and paint swatches. I have always shared her passion for creating beautiful spaces and she taught me how to stretch a budget without compromising on style, bringing together the much loved and treasured with the new to create a cohesive aesthetic.

On leaving school I pursued a career in the armed forces, an exciting period in my life that took me all around the world. In a career that has you constantly on the hop I was able to indulge my passion for design frequently with every new move.  When it was time to move onto the next phase of my life I undertook training in window dressing and upholstery believing that as the wife of a serving officer this would at least better equip me for the many moves and new forces quarters that lay in our future.

However true passion wins through and I decided be bold and turn my love affair into my profession and studied at the British Academy of Interior design whilst simulateeously building my portfolio and experience.  Working with my clients to help them achieve the home or workspace of their dreams is a daily joy.  Perhaps the moral of the story is that you should always do what your mother tells you.
